What to Expect at Ramp 49
Pedestrian access is best handled via the wooden boardwalk that starts inside the Frisco Campground and crosses the dune to the beach. Vehicles use the dedicated ORV ramp adjacent to the campground entrance. Ramp 49 is also the trailhead for the Inside Road, the 4-mile sand track connecting south to Ramp 48 and north toward Ramp 44 at Cape Point.
